SHIPPING All orders are shipped regular ground by a recognized parcel delivery service unless otherwise requested. Some orders require special handling fees from our carriers, such as fabric bolts or oversized and heavy packages. F.O.B. Waldorf, Maryland or other Fleur de Lis warehouse location. Please contact customer service for overnight freight charges and shipments outside of the contiguous United States. Additional shipping fees may apply to wholesale orders.
RETURNS Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns are accepted on a replacement basis for defective merchandise only. Claims regarding shortages or defective merchandise must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt. Returns for inspection will not be accepted without an pre-approved authorization number. All returns must be properly packaged and received in new condition with the approved Return Authorization Inspection form enclosed. Fleur de Lis, LLC reserves the right to make the final determination if is a product is defective or if it is a standard varience of the manufacturing process. Customer agrees that the determination by Fleur de Lis, LLC will be final and undisputed. If a product is determined to be defective, Fleur de Lis, LLC will either repair or replace the item according to it's own discretion and reship the item to the customer. If the product is determined not to be defective the customer will be billed for the additional shipping fees. Some fabrics may have dye lot variations or variations in texture. Fleur de Lis reserves the right to make fabric or fringe substitutions of equal or higher quality if necessary.
