What Size Bedding Should I Order?
Fleur de Lis offers seven standard sizes of Bedding.  Below is a chart that indicates our standard Duvet, Coverlet and Bed Skirt Sizes.  Choose the one that best fits your mattress size.  Please be sure to consider the depth of your mattress before ordering.  If you have a very deep mattress, you may need to order a custom size or one of our Super Sizes. 

How Long Will It Take To Complete My Order?
Items that are in stock will ship within 48 hours from order confirmation. Unless noted, most bedding items are made to order and produced upon confirmation. Special care and attention is given to each order produced.  Production time will usually be 2 to 3 weeks, not including shipping time.  If more time is needed, Fleur de Lis Customer Service will contact you with an approximate delivery date.  If you have a Need By Date, please indicate the date on your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How Do We Ship?
All orders are shipped regular ground by a recognized parcel delivery service unless otherwise requested. Please login and go to Policies for more information on Freight Charges.   

How do I open a Wholesale Trade Account?
Existing Trade customers please Contact Us for your Login information.

New or inactive Wholesale accounts are required to fill out the Wholesale Account Information Form.   Submit your information by completing the online form, Open a Wholesale Account , or download the forms and mail or fax them to Customer Service at 301.870.0403.  You can also open an account with our Customer Service Department by calling 800.944.0350, Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.

How Do I Place A Wholesale Order?
Trade Professionals:
You may place orders by fax or online after you login.  To fax your orders, print the Order Form by Fax and faxable Credit Card Form. .  Complete the forms and mail or fax them to us at 301.870.0403.

How Do I Order Designer Sampling?
The Fleur de Lis Designer Portfolio is available to Wholesale Trade customers.  After Login, go to Sampling Program, to place your order. Our Portfolio Binders include full color images of each Bedding Collection with fabric swatches and line drawings for your reference.  Product stock numbers and sizes, fabric repeats, content, width are all listed and much more. 

You will receive automatic updates as they are available and replacement cards whenever you need them, all at no additional charge.

Can I Order Custom Size Bedding?

Yes.  At Fleur de Lis you can custom size your Duvets, Coverlets, Bed Skirts and much more. 

We offer seven standard sizes for your convenience, however, with the wide range of quality mattresses on the market today we provide you flexibility of ordering the exact size you need for that perfect fit. Please go to Custom Products for more details.

Can I Make Fabric And Fringe Substitutions?
